We know that there is already so much dependent on you that it can be challenging to find the time to invest in anything else.

We have 3 different implementation options (Guidance - done-by-you, Mentorship - done-with-you, and Partnership - done-for-you) to meet your availability and needs.

Guidance and Mentorship start with three 30-day sprints which include:

• A digital assessment (takes ~20 minutes to complete)
• Weekly 90-minute workshops to clarify and redesign your business model, operating system, and people system

Partnership condenses this down to a single VIP day as we do the work for you.

Time to implement the changes within your team varies based on your needs and the option you select but we recommend a total of 2-3 additional hours per week outside of the live calls.

Once phase 1 completes, there are only two 1-hour calls per month, plus the time you can dedicate to continued implementation.

The good news is that the time investment you make now will be what gives you back time every week in the future...

And the sooner you start, the sooner you can get yourself out of the day to day of your business and free yourself to be the visionary leader your business needs.

Our weekly sprint calls are Wednesdays from 5pm - 6:30pm ET / 2pm - 3:30pm PT* as follows:

• Week of 1/19: Take sprint 1 digital assessment
• Sprint 1 Calls:  1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18
• Week of 2/23: Take sprint 2 digital assessment
• Sprint 2 Calls: 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25
• Week of 3/30: Take sprint 3 digital assessment
• Sprint 3 Calls: 4/8, 4/15, 4/22, 4/29

Each of the 3 sprints follows the same format:

Weeks 1 & 2: Current state assessment and map, and future state and tailored solution design:

• We map the current state of each area (business model in sprint 1, operating system in sprint 2, and people system in sprint 3) and combine that with your digital assessment results to define a clear picture of current state and challenges 
• We align on what the ideal future state looks like for your business and define what needs to be redesigned from your current state to get there

Weeks 3 & 4: Implementation of the highest-impact changes and founder extraction roadmap

• Sprint 1 includes reimaging your offer suite and business model structure, sprint 2 includes redefining your system for scale, and sprint 3 includes restructuring your team and defining your strategic hiring plan
• We implement the changes that can be done in real time and then develop your founder extraction roadmap to continue making the necessary changes throughout the rest of the year

Calls are 90-minutes each and are hands-on and interactive versus passive listening. 

The goal is that you are both learning and doing at the same time so you leave with movement versus a to-do list.

If you clear the time to be present and fully participate, you will move your business forward significantly and will start to feel the relief from everything being dependent on you within the 1st 30 days.

Our twice monthly think tank calls are the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month from 2pm - 3pm ET / 11am - 12pm PT*. 

Calls are from May 5th, 2026 to January 19th, 2027.

The calls include 2 pieces:

• A high-value micro-training or market insight from Crista (5-10 minutes)
• Think tank style discussion on the topics, challenges, and questions that are most pressing for the collective - includes insights from Crista and your peers

Crista will also periodically bring in guest experts to lead discussions and share micro-trainings that are relevant for your business growth and identity evolution.

The think tank calls are exclusively for you as the visionary leader of your business, but your team is both welcome and encouraged to join the sprint calls within the 1st 90 days.

You will have the ability to bring your right-hand person with you to all sprint calls. 

Additionally, if you choose the done-with-you option, your right-hand person will have their own implementation-focused calls and mentorship as part of the training and certification they will receive.

If you have a solid right-hand person, our done-with-you option gives you and your team the most personalized support.

We encourage you to apply anyway as we periodically open new cohorts with different meeting times.

Audience - CSOO is for business owners; the mentorship track is for employees of your business.

Our Chief Strategy and Operating Officer (CSOO) Certification is for those who sell fractional COO, consulting, and advisory services and who lead their own business and want the credibility of the certification combined with a license to leverage the full Lean Scaling System with their clients.

We teach them how to package, price, position, and sell their services in addition to how to extract a founder from the day to day and sustainably scale their business.

If you have a full time employee, or a partner who works as your right-hand person, you want them laser focused on YOUR business, not their own.

Inside the mentorship track, they learn how to successfully lead and scale your business and extract you from the day to day, but they do NOT learn how to sell their own services to others and they are not licensed to use what they learn with any other business. 

That protects your investment and delivers the best results for your business.
